Katie specializes in restorative yoga and reiki energy healing.
Katie (she/her) discovered the gentle practices of restorative yoga, slow flow, and yoga nidra as a member of the West Chester University’s women’s soccer team. She found these practices provided profound physical, mental, and emotional healing, inspiring her to complete her 200-hour teacher training at WCU in 2022.
Katie is passionate about sharing the radical practice of rest as a pathway to restoring balance, reclaiming energy, and cultivating self-love. She invites students to bring their whole selves to the mat, offering a safe and supportive space where they can feel nurtured and cared for. During savasana, Katie loves to enhance relaxation by offering students nourishing Reiki energy.
In her spare time, Katie enjoys her own meditation and yoga practices, playing soccer, journaling, crafting, spending quality time with loved ones, and being barefoot in nature.

Julia enjoys helping her students to connect with not only the body, but also their spirit and the energies that surround us. Julia has a unique style and welcomes everyone to express their own style in her classes.
Sound healing has a special place in Julia's heart and this is reflected in her sound bath yoga class. Pairing gentle yoga with the sounds of crystal singing bowls makes for waves of healing that can be felt where needed most.
Julia hopes that you take all the beautiful things yoga offers everywhere you go. So that your practice can grow with you.

Chris specializes in restorative yoga and sound healing.
Life is all about finding that sweet, delicate balance that makes us happily hum. Likewise, incorporating various styles of yoga may help us find that balance.
Chris, RYT-200, has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years, and has never met a yoga style she did not like. She believes anyone can benefit from yoga at any stage of their life. Chris especially enjoys teaching restorative yoga because it allows her to utilize her healthcare background to reach the ‘rest and digest’ nervous system to help relax the mind and body. Layering essential oils and sound usually enhances the experience.
