Lauren specializes in Reiki, yoga, women’s circles, and astrology.
Lauren is a Reiki Master, yoga teacher, astrology reader, and retreat leader devoted to helping others reconnect with their energy and movement. Her journey began in her early 20s when yoga offered her the first moments of calm for her anxious mind, inspiring a lifelong commitment to practices that nurture balance and self-awareness. As an E-RYT500 yoga teacher, she specializes in vinyasa and yin yoga, guiding clients toward movements that feel most intuitive to their bodies.
Lauren became a Reiki Master in 2019 and now works with clients to clear and restore their energy, creating space for renewal and growth. Her offerings also include astrology readings, using natal charts to provide insights into life paths, strengths, and opportunities for self-discovery.
Lauren also leads transformative retreats, creating immersive spaces where participants can deepen their practice, connect with nature, and explore their inner selves. Outside of her healing work, Lauren is a singer/songwriter who finds inspiration through creativity and connection. Whether through Reiki, yoga, astrology, or retreats, Lauren’s mission is to create spaces where individuals feel supported, renewed, and aligned with their truest selves.
Outside of her healing work, she is also a musician in a rock band called Quick Chills, where she sings, writes lyrics, and plays bass. Music fuels her creativity and inspires her to bring a sense of rhythm and flow to everything she does.
Katie specializes in restorative yoga and reiki energy healing.
Katie (she/her) discovered the gentle practices of restorative yoga, slow flow, and yoga nidra as a member of the West Chester University’s women’s soccer team. She found these practices provided profound physical, mental, and emotional healing, inspiring her to complete her 200-hour teacher training at WCU in 2022.
Katie is passionate about sharing the radical practice of rest as a pathway to restoring balance, reclaiming energy, and cultivating self-love. She invites students to bring their whole selves to the mat, offering a safe and supportive space where they can feel nurtured and cared for. During savasana, Katie loves to enhance relaxation by offering students nourishing Reiki energy.
In her spare time, Katie enjoys her own meditation and yoga practices, playing soccer, journaling, crafting, spending quality time with loved ones, and being barefoot in nature.

Kellie specializes In Herbalism & Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy
Kellie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master's degree in Herbalism. She combines equine-assisted therapy and clinical herbalism to help women heal their menstrual cycles. She believes horses and herbs are powerful healing agents.

Jen specializes in Kundalini, Prenatal and Postnatal yoga.
Jenn Rose found yoga in her late 20's as a form of therapy. Her practice has continued to show up for her through the years, nurturing all phases of her life. Always a student, she has over 400 hours of training in various yoga practices with recent emphasis on Kundalini, Prenatal and Postnatal yoga.
Her deepest desire is to serve the perinatal community, driven by the positive and negative experiences of her own pregnancies. When pregnant with her first child, she felt alone in her regular yoga classes...not knowing what was safe, what to adapt, and how to relax into this new body. With her recent second pregnancy, she set out to repurpose that fear into knowledge. With a desire to demystify prenatal yoga and provide a safe and nurturing environment to all pregnant people, Jenn Rose's classes offer education on movement, breathwork, meditation and hope to foster support to the perinatal community.
Arynn specializes in Vinyasa style Yoga.
Arynn has been a devoted practitioner of yoga her entire adult life, which eventually led her to Mighty Yoga’s teacher training program.
After much diligent training she received her RYT200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification teaching Vinyasa style yoga.
When not moving on her mat you can find Arynn advocating for animals, traveling to parts unknown, or finding other creative ways to be active and break a sweat.
Arynn believes movement stimulates mindfulness. She gives her faithful yogi subjects a platform to achieve connection by creating a safe space for them to feel confident in their bodies & present in their minds throughout class. Her quirky sense of humor shines through in her teaching and she promises you that you’ll crack a smile at least once before drifting off into savasana.
